Victor Ving and Lisa Beggs have been rolling around America in their RV full time since 2015. With more than 28 murals under their collective belts and thousands of Montana BLACK and Montana GOLD cans emptied, it was time to return to San Diego, California. This time it was to the recently named- “Little Saigon” neighbourhood. After the fall of Saigon in 1975, the then immigrants to the region now own and operate approximately 70% of the businesses today. GREETINGS TOUR FROM LITTLE SAIGON
