In MAY 2018, the PANGEA SEED organisation in conjunction with the SEA WALLS initiative brought their message of ocean conservation to Australia. In the aptly chosen location of Holloways Beach in Cairns, the perfect surface by way of a water tower was chosen for the featured German artists the LOW BROS, to do their thing. The work which focuses on coral bleaching, is to raise awareness of rising sea temperatures, pollution and over fishing. These all being grave factors that are killing the near by Great Barrier Reef. With their well known Wolf motifs, the LOW BROS float their image high among the symbolic reefs. However like the reefs, the color is being stripped back from the top down. A reminder that we should choose life, and without the bio-diversity as displayed in the ocean, there will be no life at all. PANGEA SEED SEA WALLS Featuring LOW BROS

Many Montana GOLD and BLACK cans were used to create this amazing piece of art which towers above the local landscape. Possibly a new icon for local ocean conservation. Use a moment to ponder over its message here.
