As one of the strongest festival partners with Montana Cans, we are happy to share that the POW! WOW! organization has hit their third year in a row for their event POW! WOW! JAPAN. And the artwork just keeps getting better and better. This year the action focused in the center of Kobe on October 9th and then ran through till October 14. No one was disappointed as the normal festivities of murals, music performances and a chance to see their favorite artists in action happen seamlessly. The artist list included the likes of SLICK, DEFER, MR.OGAY, ONEQ, WHOLE9, CAB, COOK ONE, YOHEYY and AHHI CHOI and more.
The very thick and rich pigment flowed out of the Montana GOLD cans as did the artworks over a 5 block radius in very urban Kobe. Onlookers as well as those stuck in traffic were treated to a visual delight of diverse murals and artwork. Take a moment to share the color here:
