To conclude the release of the Montana BLACK Artist Edition #29, the Montana Store Vienna hosted a special visit by BOND TRULUV, who was invited to leave his mark on the store’s facade. The result: “Chamber of Chrome” — a dynamic, illusion-driven mural that extends the visual essence of his can design into the heart of Vienna’s graffiti community.
For his edition, BOND TRULUV selected the color BLACK 6170 Neptune, a cool turquoise tone known for its depth and vibrancy. When invited to redesign the wall at the Montana Store Vienna, he loosely reinterpreted the design of his can, translating its color palette and composition into a large-scale, site-specific artwork. The result connects his digital-inspired visual language with the tangible surface of the wall — where spray paint, form, and perception meet.
The Montana Store Vienna, known as both a creative hub and a meeting point for Austria’s urban art scene, provided the perfect backdrop for this collaboration. With its strong ties to artists, collectors, and fans, the store continues to serve as a space where product innovation and artistic expression intersect — making it the ideal location for the launch of the latest BLACK Artist Edition.
In Chamber of Chrome, BOND captures the energy and precision of the Montana BLACK line — high pressure, high coverage, and built for bold creative impact — while combining it with the refined control and tonal range of Montana GOLD. The interplay of both lines enabled him to create layered depth, subtle gradients, and optical transitions that reflect his signature style. The inclusion of the BLACK Artist Edition #29 can within the installation visually anchors the connection between product and artwork.
