IMPULS ISSUE 4 is about the two artists The Top Notch and Demon, based in Essen. A few years ago they started to work in a creative collaboration with a massive output. Furthermore they organize a graffiti festival called Hafendampf Essen once in a year. We are very proud to had the chance to meet these guys and attending them to the fourth episode of Hafendampf.
