On Friday 20th of May, four decades of graffiti and street art came together in one room. From the grainy iconic photographic images of the NY subway in the 80’s, to contemporary murals captured in pixels from all over the world. Martha Coopers “SNAP WRAP” exhibition had it all in the ideal location of the URBAN NATION gallery in Berlin! The opening also helped launch the German release of the Montana ICONIC Series – Martha Cooper can set, which features one of her most celebrated 80’s images of New York cops in a Subway car. 40 signed Martha Cooper sets were sold out within a few minutes! Members of the Montana Cans team were present at the event and a good time was had by all…

URBAN NATION also announced the development of their latest project in the form of a Graffiti Museum planned to be created in Berlin the German creative epicenter. We are looking forward to the next steps taken by our friends the Berlin based URBAN NATION team, and we wish them every success for their further projects!
