Sometimes if you stand still long enough to notice a slight movement, or if you scratch under the surface of your everyday life, you could be lucky enough to uncover something special. This experience can also occur in art. And Russian artist Vitaly Rusakov is no acception. Rusakov first showed on the Montana radar upon seeing some amazing photorealistic works that he made for a commission in 2006. But after some time looking into the diverse catalogue of artwoks he has produced, we were impressed by the graphic inclinations, use of color and the general creative eye that this talented artist displayed. Rusakov was also selected by the Montresso Art foundation. Take some time to scratch under the surface of his work here…

Russian artist Vitaly Rusakov is a perfect example of the skillful artist we refer to. The artist usually paints with Montana GOLD Low-Pressure Spray paint. In a comission done within what appears to be a gym or fitness room, Rusakov transforms the two dimensional space into a powerful three dimensional illusion. With the stamp of a foot and the power of a punch, the artist creates an impact with clever rendering and a even smarter visual illusion as the body parts painted appear to break into the substrate they are painted on.
