Greek Graffiti artist GOSPEL brought his distinctive visual language to Vienna with two walls, a limited screenprint, and a collaborative T-shirt

A painted wall, a signed edition on paper, and a design to wear: GOSPEL’s recent visit to Montana Store Vienna took shape across several formats. Invited by the store, the Greek Graffiti artist created a new wall painting and teamed up with the Vienna crew on a limited-edition screenprint and T-shirt. He also painted another wall in the city, extending his visit beyond the shop and into Vienna’s urban landscape.

Based in Athens, GOSPEL works across graffiti, murals, and illustration. His visual language combines references to Greek culture and graffiti with solid layers of colour, rounded forms, and stylised figures. These elements give his work a recognisable identity across different scales and surfaces. Montana Cans followers may already know him from earlier features and collaborations, including his Montana Cotton Bag designs and the “SHAFT” release.

The Vienna collaboration continued that exchange, bringing his work into the store while offering two editions to take home. The screenprint measures 42 × 59.4 cm and comes in a signed and numbered edition of just 40. Alongside it, the GOSPEL x Montana Store Vienna T-shirt carries the collaboration onto fabric, with both releases available through the store’s online shop.

With the store wall, the additional painting in Vienna, and the two collaborative releases, the visit connected GOSPEL’s mural practice with his approach to printed artwork. It also continued Montana Store Vienna’s series of artist invitations, giving its audience a chance to encounter the work in person and follow it beyond the walls.
