The Last Traveler by NIMI – Video of the latest addition to Nuart‘s Art City program
The video shows Naeem Searle aka NIMI talking candidly about his latest mural, “The Last Traveler”, which pays tribute to all those displaced by the devastating Nepalese earthquake in April 2015. Directed, edited and shot by the talented Sondre Oldereide Michaelsen/Cloud Saurus.
NIMI is an architect and street artist who likes to experiment with a variety of techniques, mediums and creative processes in his finely-detailed murals and paintings. Here, he has used a chiaroscuro effect to also incorporate and reflect the architectural elements of the four-storey car park that houses the work. For his latest artwork NIMI was using Montana GOLD low pressure spray paint in combination with acrylic wall paint. For more info go to the NuArt website.
