For a remotely located Norwegian city, Stavanger has more to offer than oil. It also plays host to one of the worlds biggest and most impressive street art events, NUART. For anyone in or near the region, September 10 see‘s the opening of the main exibition at the notorious TOU SCENE building. Not forgetting however the city itself, which is a giant open air gallery of artwork created by an array if national and internationally recognised artists spanning back since 2001.
