The Korean winter is no place for shorts and t-shirts. As too, the wildlife often heads for the sun and warmer pastures trying to escape the low temperatures and snow. Luckily for artist Christian Olsen, the weatherproof Montana BLACK and Montana GOLD cans have no issues with temperature. In the grey, snow covered streets of Hongdae, Seoul in South Korea, Olsen recently spread a splash of Montana-Cans color, that brought back a feeling of warmer times to an otherwise cold inner city scape.

Check it out for yourself as yet another urban dreary space gets the creative treatment and a lively new facelift.

Making of

Depicted in his artwork are two animals, that appear to be slightly abstracted birds. Even though they both seem to be protecting themselves from the cold, the colors elude to a different season in a different place. The onlookers and passers by braved the inhospitable weather to occasionally stop and let themselves be taken away by the thought of where all the birds might be now. Christian Olsens world vs streets Seoul
