After a short break from painting on Sundays (not by choice), the Montana Store Vienna was more than happy to get back into the swing of things with their monthly graffiti jam session, Sunday Sessions Number #2. On a glorious sunny Sunday in Vienna, they got the momentum back that obligatory lockdown slowed to a grinding halt. The first edition featuring @jakobderbruder was more than impressive. Taking a contemporary approach to game we call graffiti, the result was a unique abstract burner with letters, colors, and figures all merging in a street smart mix. With plenty of talent to chose from, the MSV stuck to its principle of supporting a local writer for Sunday Sessions Number #2. They kept the level high and called on the skills of Vienna based style writer, Case (@case_was_here) to step up to the plate. And step up he did.

Sunday Sessions Number #2

Handling and controlling his Montana BLACK and Montana GOLD cans like a true professional, Case took us back to the essence of graffiti, letters. With straight lines and curves in all the right places, no Case piece is complete without a weighty 3D. Capturing the energy of the past, present, and future of letter-based graffiti, Case’s piece was the perfect way to spend a Sunday. We congratulate the MSV for wiping off the cobwebs and bringing some flavor back into our Sundays. Take a look here and see how the day rolled out. Stayed tuned for Sunday Sessions Number #3, coming soon.
